This service aims to attest a legal contract obligating the agent to represent the principal before public prosecution, police, criminal investigation authorities, and other relevant entities regarding a specific complaint, for individuals or corporate entities (companies).

2. Commercial registration if the applicant is a commercial company.

3. Establishment registration card if the applicant is a legal entity without a commercial registration.

4. Commercial license for professional activities.

5. Other documents:

a. Inheritance inventory.

b. Documentation for minors.

c. Approvals.

d. Others.

6. Copy of the power of attorney if available.

7. Arabic translation of the document if it is in another language.

1. The applicant must be a citizen or resident registered in the Hukoomi database.

2. All required documents must be valid.
