This service aims to attest a legal contract obligating the agent to perform legal actions related to equipment, machinery, and devices, for individuals or corporate entities (companies).

a. Qatari ID card.

b. Passport.

2. Commercial registration if the applicant is a commercial company.

3. Establishment registration card if the applicant is a legal entity without a commercial registration.

4. Commercial license for professional activities.

5. Other documents:

a. Inheritance inventory.

b. Documentation for minors.

c. Approvals.

d. Others.

6. Power of attorney if signing on behalf of another.

7. Arabic translation of the document if it is in another language.

8. Copy of ownership report, including serial numbers of equipment, devices, and machinery.

1. The applicant must be a citizen or resident registered in the Hukoomi database.

2. All required documents must be valid.
