5. Letter from the competent authority to correct the name.

6. Letter of representation (if available).

1. Verify the legal status of the contracting parties/beneficiaries.

2. Ensure the property record is approved by the Real Estate Registration Department.

3. Required documents must be valid.

1. 200 QAR – Title Deed Fee.

2. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Beneficial Right Certificate Fee.

4. 100 QAR – Transaction Fee.
