d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Name change certificate from the Ministry of Interior.

4. Letter of representation (if available).

5. Name change certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (if the beneficiary is a business).

1. Ensure the property record is approved by the Real Estate Registration Department.

2. Required documents must be valid.

1. 0.25% of the highest-valued property.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Printing Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Printing Fee (optional).

Exempt from fees in cases specified in Minister of Justice Decision No. 29 of 2018.
