This service enables the granting of beneficial rights for a property or real estate unit as a gift, for individuals.

Traditional, Incomplete Digital

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Proof of family relation in case of contracts between family members (birth certificate, marriage contract, etc.).

3. Title deed.

4. Original certificate of beneficial right.

5. No-objection letter from the restricted authority (if applicable).

6. Letter of representation (if available).

1. Required documents must be valid.

2. Verify the legal status of the contracting parties/beneficiaries.

3. Ensure the property record is approved by the Real Estate Registration Department.

4. Ensure no restrictions prevent the gift.

5. Provide proof of family relation if the contract is between ascendants, descendants, or spouses.

In case of a gift between ascendants and descendants:

1. 500 QAR – Transaction Fee.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Printing Fee (optional).

4.100 QAR – Beneficial Right Certificate Printing Fee.

In case of a gift to others:

1. 0.25% of the property's market value.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Printing Fee (optional).

4. 100 QAR – Beneficial Right Certificate Printing Fee.
