1. Certificate of Good Conduct addressed to the Real Estate Brokerage Department at the Ministry of Justice.

2. Qatari ID Card.

3. Declaration of Non-Employment.

4. Office Lease Agreement.

5. Experience Certificate from the Country of Origin.

6. Articles of Incorporation or Company Bylaws.

7. Commercial Register.

8. License to Practice Real Estate Brokerage in the Country of Origin.

9. Insurance Policy covering civil liability arising from the company's or office’s activities.

10. Commitment by the licensed company or office to bear all obligations arising from practicing real estate activities in the country.

1. All required documents must be valid and certified by official authorities.

2. The work certificate must include the last three years from the application date, and the applicant must not have worked previously at the Ministry of Justice or any administrative unit related to real estate and urban planning affairs in other ministries.

3. The responsible manager must have full legal capacity.

4. Must have a suitable office within the country.

5. Must not have been subject to a final judgment or decision canceling the license.

6. The number of real estate brokers must be determined based on the decision of the Minister of Justice.

7. The real estate broker must have at least five years of experience in real estate brokerage.
