This service enables the issuance of a title deed in the name of the owner and specifies each owner's share in the property if there is more than one owner, for individuals.

Traditional, Digital Service

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Letter of representation (if available).

3. Original title deed.

1. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

2. The property record must match the approved records.

1. 200 QAR – Per Title Deed.

Exempt from fees in cases specified in Minister of Justice Decision No. 29 of 2018.
