This service enables the mortgaging of a beneficial rights certificate, for individuals or business.

Traditional, Incomplete Digital

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Original certificate of beneficial right.

4. Letter of representation (if available).

5. No-objection letter from the restricted authority (if applicable).

1. Verify the legal status of the contracting parties/beneficiaries.

2. Ensure the property record is approved by the Real Estate Registration Department.

3. Ensure no restrictions prevent the mortgaging of beneficial rights.

4. Required documents must be valid.

1. 0.025% (quarter per thousand) of the secured debt value or the property value, whichever is lower.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Printing Fee.

4. 100 QAR – Beneficial Right Certificate Fee.
