This service aims to notarize the termination of a previously certified legal contract between two parties, for individuals or corporate entities (companies).

Incomplete Digital

1. Proof of identity:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. Passport.

2. Commercial registration if the applicant is a commercial company.

3. Establishment registration card if the applicant is a legal entity without a commercial registration.

4. Commercial license for professional activities.

5. Other documents:

a. Inheritance inventory.

b. Documentation for minors.

c. Approvals.

d. Others.

6. Power of attorney if signing on behalf of another.

7. Arabic translation of the document if it is in another language.

8. Copy of the previous certified contract.

9. Attach a "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry if the contract involves share sales in a company.

10. All original certified sale contract copies if the contract involves share sales in a company.

1. The applicant must be a citizen or resident registered in the Hukoomi database.

2. All required documents must be valid.

3. No transfer of share ownership at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry if the contract is a share sale agreement in a company.

1. 100 QAR for three copies.

2. 50 QAR for each party.

3. 50 QAR for each additional copy.
