This service aims to obtain approval for promoting an advertisement to sell or rent property outside the state, for individuals or business.

Traditional

1. Title deeds for the real estate project or properties.

2. Certificate confirming no restrictions on the property.

3. Certificate confirming the property is free of any legal disputes.

4. Real estate brokerage contract between the broker and owner.

5. Certificate specifying conditions for non-citizens to acquire property, issued by the competent authority in the country where the property is located.

6. Approval from supervising authorities (if applicable).

7. Property valuation by a certified appraiser.

8. Draft contract of sale including property descriptions, ownership rights, and all sale terms, taxes, fees, and penalty conditions.

1. The real estate broker must be licensed.

2. All documents must be certified according to the regulations and requirements followed in the country.
