This service enables the partitioning of a property into real estate units (including an apartment, villa, commercial store, administrative office, or office) and concludes with the issuance of a new title deed for each real estate unit, for individuals, business, or government entities.

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Property blueprint.

4. Letter of representation (if available).

5. No-objection letter in case of property restrictions.

1. Ensure there are no restrictions preventing partitioning.

2. The owner must be alive.

3. The property must have valid ownership, technical, and reservation details.
