This service aims to allow the partitioning of a registered property or real estate unit. The service is completed with the issuance of title deeds and plans for the newly created properties, and it is available for individual customers, businesses, and government entities.

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Property blueprint.

4. Letter of representation (if available).

5. No-objection letter in case of property restrictions.

1. The Owner Must be Alive

2. Ensure there are no restrictions preventing partitioning.

3. The property must have valid ownership, technical, and reservation details.
