1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original property title deeds.

3. Letter of representation (if available).

1. Exempt from fees in case of an administrative error.

2. 500 QAR per title deed for a share redistribution request.

3. If any owner receives an increased share after redistribution, a 0.25% fee will be charged on the value of the additional share.
