Before applying for the service:

1.Service request form.

2.Copy of the Qatari ID card.

3.Copy of the passport.

4.Educational qualifications.

5.Work experience.

6.Approval from the employer.

7.Curriculum vitae (CV).

8.Detailed work experience certificate from the employer.

While applying for the service:

1.Insurance contract against potential risks associated with professional work.

2.Medical fitness certificate from the Medical Commission.

3.Certificate of good conduct.

1.The applicant must be a Qatari national. Non-Qatari nationals may be registered upon the approval of the Minister.

2.The applicant must hold a university degree from a recognized university or higher educational institution in their field of specialization.

3.The applicant must have a good reputation and be of commendable conduct.

4.The applicant must not have been convicted by a final judgment of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.

5.The applicant must not have been subject to a final disciplinary decision resulting in their removal from the experts' registry.

6.The applicant must have a minimum of ten years of post-graduation experience in the field of expertise for which registration is sought.

7.The applicant must provide proof of medical fitness to practice in the requested field of expertise, certified by the competent medical authority.

8.The applicant must successfully pass the examinations and training programs required by the Ministry.

9.Exceptions to conditions (2) and (6) may be granted in fields specified by a decision from the Minister, based on the recommendation of the Committee.

10.All required documents must be translated into Arabic.

11.The insurance contract must be issued by companies approved in the State of Qatar.

12.The applicant must obtain prior approval from their employer to engage in expert activities.

•2,000 QAR – If the applicant is a Qatari national.

•5,000 QAR – If the applicant is a non-Qatari national.
