This service enables the registration of a beneficial right for a property or real estate unit for a specific period agreed upon between the owner and the beneficiary. A beneficial right is a real right that allows the beneficiary to use and exploit a property or real estate unit owned by others, for individuals or business.

Traditional, Incomplete Digital

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Approval letter from the region management (if available).

4. Mortgage release letter from the mortgaging authority.

5. Letter of representation (if available).

Required documents must be valid.

1. 0.25% of the property value.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Printing Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Printing Fee (optional).

4. 100 QAR – Beneficial Right Certificate Fee.
