This service enables the registration of a new property by creating a real estate record in the real estate registry, for individuals or government entities.

Incomplete Digital

1. Copy of the Qatari ID card.

2. Original or copy of the property blueprint.

3. National address certificate.

4. Written letter addressed to the Real Estate Registration Committee explaining the reason for not submitting within the legal period and clarifying the method of ownership.

5. Copies of the ID cards of the heirs (if the request is related to inheritance).

6. Inheritance certificate.

7. Letter of representation (if available).

1. Must be a Qatari citizen.

2. The property must not have been previously registered.

1. 5,000 QAR – Application Submission Fee.

2. Upon Approval of the Application:

• 0.25% of the property value.

• 200 QAR – Title Deed Printing Fee.

• 100 QAR – Property Map Printing Fee (optional).

3. Exempt from fees in cases specified in Minister of Justice Decision No. 29 of 2018.
