8. If the application is submitted after the registration has expired, provide justification for the delay within three months of the expiration date.

9. Table of missions received and executed during the previous registration period from the Supreme Judicial Council.

During submission:

1. Insurance contract against risks related to expert work.

2. Letter from the Supreme Judicial Council proving the company is not bankrupt.

If new employees in the company are not registered experts and need to be added during submission:

1. Medical fitness certificate for at least three employees.

2. Good conduct certificate for each employee to be registered as an expert.

1.The mission schedule must be attached in PDF format, detailing the following information: type of mission, mission number, case number, and involved parties.

2.The request must be submitted at least one month before the expiration of the registration.

3.The company must be established in accordance with the provisions of the applicable company law.

4.The shareholding of Qatari partners in the company must not be less than 51% of the capital.

5.The company owner or any partner must not have been declared bankrupt by a final judgment.

6.Employees working in the field of expertise within the company must meet the conditions required for natural persons.

7.The company owner or the authorized manager must be registered as an individual expert.

8.The number of experts working in the company must not be less than three.

9.The relationship between the experts working in the company and their employment in the company must be substantiated.

10.The company's field of expertise must align with the nature of its activities.

11.The insurance contract must be issued by companies approved in the State of Qatar.
