This service enables the transfer of beneficial rights for a property or part of it between contractors or parties in exchange for financial compensation, for individuals or business.

Traditional, Incomplete Digital

1. Original title deed.

2. Original certificate of beneficial right.

3. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

4. Letter of representation (if available).

5. Payment proof between contracting parties/beneficiaries.

1. Required documents must be valid.

2. Verify the legal status of the contracting parties/beneficiaries.

3. Ensure the property record is approved by the Real Estate Registration Department.

4. Ensure no restrictions prevent the sale of beneficial rights.

1. 0.25‰ of the secured debt value or the property value, whichever is lower.

2. 200 Qatari Riyals – Title Deed Fee.

3. 100 Qatari Riyals – Property/Real Estate Unit Map Printing Fee.

4. 100 Qatari Riyals – Certificate of Beneficial Right Fee.
