This service aims to allow the transfer of ownership of a property or real estate unit, or a part of it, between the contracting parties/customers for a financial price. This service is available for individuals, businesses, and government entities.

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Letter of representation (if available).

4. Payment proof between contracting parties/beneficiaries.

1. Verify the legal status of the contracting parties/beneficiaries.

2. Ensure the property record is approved by the Real Estate Registration Department.

3. Ensure no restrictions prevent the sale.

4. Required documents must be valid.

1. 0.25% of the property value.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Printing Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Printing Fee (optional).

4. Exempt from fees in cases specified in Minister of Justice Decision No. 29 of 2018.
