This service aims to allow the transfer of ownership of a property or real estate unit from the deceased owner to the heirs based on the Certificate of Inheritance issued by the competent court, for individuals.

Traditional

1. Proof of identity for the heirs:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Original title deed.

3. Property blueprint.

4. Letter of representation (if available).

5. Building completion certificate.

6. No-objection letter from the restricted authority (if applicable).

7. Inheritance certificate from the court.

1. Ensure there are no restrictions preventing the transfer of inheritance ownership.

2. Verify the property ownership (must not be privately owned by the state).

3. Verify the deceased owner's details and the content of the inheritance certificate.

1. (0.05%) of the property value.

2. 200 QAR – Title deed printing fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/unit map printing fee (optional).

4. Exempt from fees in cases specified in Minister of Justice Decision No. 29 of 2018.
