b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Court decision letter.

3. Original title deed.

4. Letter of representation (if available).

1. Death of the property owner.

2. Receipt of a court order electronically (Tawasul).

3. Ensure no restrictions on the property.

1. If the will is for endowment (Waqf for Allah) or restricted in favor of the Government of the State of Qatar: Free of charge.

If the will is between ascendants and descendants:

1. 500 QAR – Registration Fee.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Printing Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Printing Fee (optional).

If the will is for others:

1. 0.25% of the property's market value.

2. 200 QAR – Title Deed Printing Fee.

3. 100 QAR – Property/Unit Map Printing Fee (optional).

4. Exempt from fees in cases specified in Minister of Justice Decision No. 29 of 2018.
