This service enables the unification of previously registered properties and their re-partitioning into new properties, concluding with the issuance of title deeds for the new properties, for individuals, business, or government entities.

1. Proof of identity for the contracting party/beneficiary:

a. Qatari ID card.

b. GCC ID card.

c. Passport.

d. Establishment registration.

e. Commercial registration.

2. Property blueprint.

3. Letter of representation (if available).

4. No-objection letter in case of property restrictions.

5. Undivided share agreement between owners, if applicable.

1. The Owner must be Alive.

2. Ensure there are no restrictions preventing unification and partitioning.

3. The property must have valid ownership, technical, and reservation details.
