This service aims to provide accreditation and verify the required commitment of a research institution to conduct health research activities in accordance with the regulations and policies approved by the Ministry of Public Health.

1. The application for this service must be submitted through the Research Institution Accreditation Form.

2. The senior management of the applying research institution must be authorized to sign and stamp the application form.

3. The application must comply with the health research policies published on the Health Research Governance Department page on the Ministry of Public Health website.

4. The institution must have a registered and accredited Institutional Review Board (IRB) under the Health Research Governance Department.

5. For international research institutions, all the above conditions apply, in addition to the requirement that the institution must have a registered IRB in its home country.
