2. Appointment letter or job offer from the new healthcare facility.

3. Copy of the Qatari ID card.

1. The applicant must be a Qatari national.

2. The working hours must not conflict with those at the primary licensed workplace or any other facilities where the practitioner intends to work.

3. The healthcare practitioner must be considered part of the permanent staff of the primary licensed facility only and cannot be included in the permanent staff of other facilities.

4. The practitioner must have a stamp for each facility that includes their name, specialty, and the facility’s name.

5. The Qatari ID card must be valid.
