Change of Workplace for a Healthcare Practitioner

This service aims to update the workplace for a healthcare practitioner on their license to practice when transitioning to a new healthcare facility. The validity of the new license remains the same as the remaining duration from the original application.

Digital

1. Copy of the passport.

2. Copy of the Qatari ID card.

If no permanent license or sponsorship is family-based:

1. Appointment letter or job offer from the new workplace.

2. No objection letter from the previous workplace.

3. Employment intent letter.

1. The passport must be valid.

2. The personal photo must comply with Circular 4/2014 on the Health Professions Department website.

3. The CV must match the approved template.

4. The Qatari ID card must be valid and under the new workplace sponsorship.

5. Practitioners must be tied to a specific workplace, except for Qatari nationals.

6. Work must be limited to the profession/specialty stated in the license.
