Issuance of a Healthcare Facility License

This service aims to issue a healthcare facility license for investors in the healthcare sector. The licensing process consists of three stages: registration, initial evaluation, and final evaluation. The investor must apply for each stage separately.

Incomplete Digital, Digital

Registration Stage:

1. Copy of the Qatari ID card (for the owner).

2. Copy of the commercial license.

3. List of medical services provided (Word file).

4. Copy of land ownership.

5. Copy of the lease contract (if applicable).

6. Copy of the land deed or sales contract.

7. Copy of the municipality approval for the building.

Initial Evaluation Stage:

1. Certificate of good conduct (required at the time of initial evaluation application).

2. Healthcare facility blueprints (required at the time of initial evaluation application).

Final Evaluation Stage:

1. Commercial registration.

2. Waste management contract.

3. Commercial license.

4. Radiation license.

5. Radiation equipment possession certificate (if applicable).

6. Civil defense certificate.

7. Security systems certificate (from the Ministry of Interior).

8. Medical staff licensing.

9. Medical equipment approval.

10. Medical service pricing approval.

1. The necessary approvals must be obtained from other government entities such as the Ministry of Municipality and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

2. Compliance with the regulation of medical institutions in the State of Qatar (1982 law).

3. Adherence to the initial evaluation criteria (a requirement the beneficiary must fulfill later when applying for the initial evaluation).

4. Adherence to the final evaluation criteria (a requirement the beneficiary must fulfill later when applying for the final evaluation).
