Issuance of a Non-Clinical Registration Card

This service aims to issue a non-clinical registration card (optional and non-renewable) for healthcare practitioners who hold administrative, educational, or research roles, as well as retired practitioners who are Qatari nationals.

1. Copy of the passport.

2. Copy of the Qatari ID card.

3. Updated CV.

4. Personal photograph.

5. Copy of academic certificates.

6. Certificate of good conduct.

7. Employment or appointment letter.

8. Primary source verification report for academic certificates.

1. The applicant must be a healthcare practitioner performing non-clinical roles.

2. The applicant must not provide healthcare services to patients.

3. Registration for retired practitioners is limited to Qatari nationals.

4. Passport and Qatari ID must be valid.
