This service aims to issue a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for food factories and importing companies in the case of re-export. The certificate includes products that are pre-registered and approved and is a requirement to facilitate the export and trade of products.

1.The food establishment must be registered in the "Wathiq" system.

2.The products to be included in the compliance certificate must be registered and approved in the "Wathiq" system.

3.The food establishment must comply with the requirements outlined in the Food Safety Practices Guidelines for Food Services available on the Ministry of Public Health’s Food Safety Department page.

4.Food factories must have a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
