This service aims to issue clinical nursing privileges to a licensed nurse, allowing them to obtain approval to perform advanced nursing procedures. These procedures are part of the indicators monitored by the Health Professions Department to ensure the competence and safety of practitioners.

1. Clinical nursing privileges application form.

2. Copy of the medical license.

3. No objection letter signed and stamped by the medical director of the licensed medical facility where the nurse is employed.

4. 'Request for Approval to Conduct Clinical Nursing Privileges' form, signed and stamped by the medical director of the medical facility where the privileges will be conducted.

5. Personal commitment letter.

6. Copy of academic qualifications.

7. Copy of CV.

8. Recommendation letter (if available).

9. Copy of the medical facility’s license indicating the services provided by the facility.

10. Letter from the workplace where the clinical nursing privileges will be conducted.

1. The clinical nursing privileges form must be signed and stamped by the applicant and the medical director of the facility.

2. The medical license or preliminary evaluation certificate must be valid.
