1. Request addressed to the Director of the Pharmacy and Drug Control Department specifying the details of the drug to be exported (name, type, quantity, concentration, batch number).

2. Copy of the healthcare facility license.

3. Copy of the license to handle narcotic drugs.

4. Import request submitted by the importing entity.

1. The export of narcotic drugs and hazardous psychotropic substances must be conducted through licensed entities.

2. The export process must comply with the provisions of Law No. 9 of 1987.
