This service aims to issue a license allowing governmental and private healthcare facilities to handle narcotic drugs and hazardous psychotropic substances subject to Law No. 9 of 1987.

2. Copy of the healthcare facility license.

3. Copy of the pharmacist's license.

4. Copy of the Qatari ID card.

After submitting the preliminary application:

- Good Conduct Certificate.

1. A secure, lockable room or cabinet must be available.

2. The facility’s license must be valid and active.

3. The pharmacist’s license must be valid and active.

4. The Qatari ID card of the applicant must be issued in Qatar and valid.
