5.Copy of the professional license for the factory manager, production manager, quality control manager, and quality assurance manager.
6.Copy of the factory’s external signage.
7.Copy of the Civil Defense certificate.
8.Copy of the security approval for cameras.
9.Names of authorized signatories.
10.Copy of the waste management company contract.
