3. Certified relationship letter between the marketing company and the factory or factories affiliated with it.

4. Certified relationship letter issued by the parent marketing company specifying the names, addresses, and specialties of the company’s branches (if available).

1. The applicant must have an account on the Pharmacy e-System.

2. A registered and approved agent must exist.

3. A registered marketing company must exist.
