1. Letter specifying the requested changes.

2. Manufacturing license (ML).

3. One of the following certificates: Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate, ISO certificate, or equivalent.

1. The applicant must have an account on the Pharmacy e-System.

2. A registered agent must exist.

3. A registered marketing company must exist.

4. A registered factory must exist.
