This service aims to register food establishments in the Ministry of Public Health through "Wathiq" system. It allows establishments to access various electronic services available in the system, such as registering imported and local products and registering food handlers within the establishment.

Digital

1. Copy of the commercial registration.

2. Copy of the establishment registration card.

3. Copy of the company stamp.

4. Copy of the company logo.

5. Copy of the Qatari ID card (of the owner).

6. Responsibility letter.

Additional documents for factories and restaurants:

7. Copy of the trade license.

8. Contract with a pest control company.

9. Menu (for restaurants).

10. Product descriptions (for factories).

11. Copy of a food safety certificate (e.g., HACCP).

12. Risk analysis.

13. Process flow diagram.

1. The establishment must be located in Qatar.

2. The commercial registration must be valid.

3. The business activity must be registered under the food trade category in the commercial registration.
