2. Manufacturing License (ML) for the factory, issued by the health authorities in the country of origin.

3. List of products manufactured, including their scientific and trade names.

4. Electronic copy of the factory's Site Master File.

5. Registration certificate in Gulf countries or other countries (if available).

1. The applicant must have an account on the Pharmacy e-System.

2. A registered agent must exist.

3. A registered marketing company must exist.
