2. Certificate of registration of the marketing company in the country of origin.

3. Certified relationship letter between the marketing company and the factory or factories affiliated with it.

4. Certified relationship letter issued by the parent marketing company specifying the names, addresses, and specialties of the company's branches (if available).

2. A registered agent must exist.
