This service enables food importers to request a re-inspection of imported food due to non-compliance cases resulting from the initial inspection of the imported food.

Digital

1. Letter from the importer requesting re-inspection of the imported food.

2. Letter from the producer or manufacturer, including scientific justifications (if available).

3. Photos of the non-compliant product.

1. The importing company and its products must be registered in the 'Wathiq' system.

2. The company must have an imported shipment containing non-compliant items.

3. The request must be made within the specified corrective action period, which is 15 days.
