Request for Appointment for Overseas Treatment

This service aims to schedule an appointment for overseas treatment for patients approved for treatment at the state's expense within 3 months of the approval date. It is coordinated with medical attachés or representatives from diplomatic missions. The service also includes completing travel procedures, such as issuing visa letters, financial guarantee letters, work letters, flight ticket booking orders, and receiving requests from medical attaches.

2. Copies of passports (for the companions).

3. IBAN certificate.

4. Medical report.

5. Disability certificate (for people with special needs).

6. Certificate of unmarried status (if applicable).

1. The patient must have a medical record and approval number.

2. Passports must be valid for at least six months.

Companion Requirements:

1. The companion’s age must be between 18 and 65 years.

2. The companion must not have health issues that prevent them from caring for the patient.

3. If the companion has chronic illnesses, they must bring their medications for at least two months.
