This service aims to issue approval for companies to act as third parties in the inspection of food and food material shipments. The process involves filling out the application form, attaching the required documents, and submitting them via email. This service helps regulate food safety-related matters and ensures compliance with applicable laws and requirements.

2.Trade license.

3.Inspection accreditation certificates and/or inspector certifications, based on the requirements of international standards ISO/IEC 17020 or ISO/IEC 17065.

4.General organizational chart of the company, including the section responsible for inspection services.

5.Signed application form.

After final approval:

1.Signed commitment to confidentiality and impartiality by the third party.

1.The activity must be registered as part of the activities listed in the commercial registration.

2.The company must have a permanent office in Qatar.

3.Laboratory analysis must be conducted in internationally accredited laboratories for the required analysis methods, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

4.The organizational structure must define the responsibilities and duties of staff members, covering all activities related to issuing compliance certificates.

5.The geographical scope and types of food the company can inspect must be specified, including countries where the company has permanent branches.
