Short-Term Permit for Providing Medical Services

This service aims to issue an official permit allowing a visiting healthcare practitioner to practice their profession in Qatar for a short period not exceeding two weeks. Both the medical facility and the patient bear responsibility for the treatment provided and any resulting outcomes.

2. Copy of the national ID.

3. Recent copy of the CV.

4. Copy of the license to practice.

5. A letter of commitment from the medical facility and the patient, accepting full responsibility for the provided medical treatment.

1. The beneficiary must be one of the healthcare practitioners, specifically from the categories of General Physician/Dentist or Allied Health Professions.

2. The passport must be valid.

3. The license to practice must be valid and issued by the country where the practitioner is currently working, and it must be endorsed by the medical facility submitting the application.
