8. Primary source verification report for academic certificates, work experience, and registration certificates (if issued outside Qatar).

9. Copy of the transaction receipt form.

1. The applicant must hold a family residency permit.

2. The training letter must follow the template approved by the department.

3. The passport must be valid.

4. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

5. The primary source verification report for academic certificates, work experience, and registration certificates must be issued by Dataflow.
