Aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030, the Digital Agenda 2030, and the Third National Development Strategy, the policy envisions a digitally inclusive society where everyone — regardless of age, gender, income, or ability — can access and benefit from digital technologies. 

It aims to strengthen digital trust, bridge socioeconomic gaps, and empower vulnerable groups to participate in the digital economy and society.
