1. A copy of the Qatari ID card of the applicant, or the original Qatari ID card if applying in person.

2. Bank account certificate (IBAN).

3. If the applicant is acting on behalf of the insured individual:

- Power of attorney letter.

1. The insured individual's service must have ended without meeting the eligibility requirements for a retirement pension.

2. The eligibility requirements for a pension must not be met in a second service period (after returning to work).

3. In the case of requesting a refund of contributions:

- The service duration must not exceed one year.

4. In the case of requesting lump-sum compensation:

- The service duration must exceed one year.
