1. A copy of the Qatari ID card.

For requesting a change to the bank account:

1. Clearance letter from the previous bank.

2. A certificate from the new bank that includes the bank account number.

1. The Qatari ID card must be valid.

2. The bank document must be submitted within 30 days from its issuance date.
