The Bureau of Civil Service and Government Development organized the first interactive workshop for government service centers, which targeted the most requested services from customers at the Pearl Service Center on May 22, 2023.
The workshop included an introductory session on the Sharek platform, its use, and its benefits for service providers and customers with government agencies.
The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau linked 13 government agencies that provide their services in government service centers to the Sharek platform and all government service centers.
It also trained 318 service-providing employees and 31 supervisors to improve the level of services provided to customers. In addition, it activated the customer satisfaction survey service to better understand customers' opinions and the percentage of satisfaction in all centers.
This step confirms the authorities' commitment to providing the best levels of service on the platform and managing complaints and suggestions in the best way possible. The Bureau hopes these systems can inform the authorities of ways to develop services and follow up on customer satisfaction results. To enhance the customer experience and achieve maximum efficiency, the Bureau is committed to creating effective and speedy government service changes and unifying service channels.
