The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) witnessed a large turnout for the festivities on the first day of the Eid Al-Adha holiday.

Katara is host to a variety of festivities throughout the four-day Eid holiday, including kid’s games, fashion ceremonies, and a fireworks display. The fireworks will conclude on the second day of Eid at 8:30 pm.

The activities included gifts for children, which were handed out at 6:45 pm and 7:30 pm on the Katara Corniche and will continue until the third day of Eid.

Boys and girls, up to the age of 15 years old, can also compete in the ‘Best Eid Outfit’ competition which will continue until the third day of Eid.
